about

Cafe Oto Rehearsal Tapes is exactly that... an exploration of new and old material for a show i performed at the London venue on the 24th January, in support of 'Whilst' and 'Muscletusk'.

'Suzuki Waterfalls' was the result of a chance operation, involving The Guardian 'Travel' supplement and 'How Do You Feel About Buildings?' was written as part of a (now) shelved project with Mr Richard Youngs.

'Touchdown in Rochdale' is an old Paine / Youngs favorite, harking back to 'Roman Concrete Volume 1' (SOR) released in 2006 (!!!)

On the night, only 'Touchdown' made it to the show, alongside 'Syrus'.

I hope to introduce the other two tracks to the live arena in the near future

There are 10 physical copies of this private release... perhaps you received one of them.
